After earning her bachelor of arts in English literature from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Chanda “Chandi” Krohl moved to the greater Washington, DC area, where she worked as a human resources (HR) coordinator with McKinsey & Company. Chandi Krohl
returned to school while employed at McKinsey, earning her master of business administration with a focus on organizational and business and development from the George Washington University.

Over the course of her HR and organizational development career, Chanda Krohl has served tenures as a change management consultant with Accenture in Reston, Virginia, and a director of human resources with both Acquisition Solutions in Arlington, Virginia, and Kastle Systems in Falls Church, Virginia.

Building on her solid foundation in HR and development, Ms. Krohl fosters specifical concentrations in human resource information system (HRIS) implementation and HRIS data analytics. She holds active membership in the Society for Human Resource Management and certification in the Korn Ferry competency framework.
